Account-based access and synchronization are planned. The supported sign-in methods will be explained before release.

The current focus is recording and tracking rent and expenses. Bank connections and automatic rent collection are not part of the announced offering.

The planned routine is to open the relevant rent record, enter the amount and date, and review the entry. The website previews use sample records.

Documents are part of the product’s planned workflow. The supported formats and exact steps will be published with the release.

Encrypted server storage in Türkiye and device copies for offline use are planned. This product website does not receive property or tenant records. See Privacy for the development scope.
