Planned storage.
The app is being developed for encrypted server storage in Türkiye, with device copies for use and offline access.
PRIVACY
Your data. A clearer picture.
Knowing where your information goes should be simple. Here is the approach behind the app, and what happens on this website.
Clear choices.
Adding a payment record is separate from connecting a bank or collecting rent automatically.
Room for clarity.
We explain the scope of each feature, including what is still being prepared.
IN THE APP
Your records. A connected routine.
The app is being developed for rent and property tracking. Account requirements and the data handled by each released feature will be explained before it becomes available.

The planned account and synchronization workflow will provide access to authorized records across devices. Encryption is managed by the service; this is not a claim of end-to-end encryption. Release details will be published after validation.
ON THIS WEBSITE
A simple visit. Explained.
No property records to enter.
This is a product website. It does not ask you to upload leases, enter tenant details or sign into a property account.
Your theme stays here.
If you choose light or dark mode, the website saves that choice in your browser. Your browser settings can clear it.
Language follows your choice.
The entry page can use your device/browser language. A Turkish or English page keeps its own language, and the language switch opens the matching page.
Hosted with Hosting.com.tr.
This website is hosted with Hosting.com.tr. Connection information, such as IP addresses and access logs, may be processed to deliver and protect the site.
Early access is being prepared.
Signup is currently closed. There is no email or platform collection form, and this site does not load Brevo or Cloudflare Turnstile. Data handling details will be shared when signup opens.
No advertising tools added.
We have not added advertising pixels or a third-party audience analytics tool to this website. This is separate from the hosting service handling network traffic.
BEFORE RELEASE
The details come with the feature.
Any additional data handling for backups, document assistance or connected services will be described with the feature before release. A feature in development is not a promise that it is available today.
This page explains our approach during development. The full Privacy Policy and applicable legal notices will be shared before the app is released.
